At the recently concluded 52nd Annual General Meeting of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, the Chairman of the board, Mr Mutiu Sunmonu, CON, who presented the Consolidated Financial Statements of the year under review, disclosed that the company performed positively and is extending a N2.50k per share dividend to shareholders, after a tumultuous financial year in 2020 due to the impact and aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year’s dividend payout is the highest that the company’s shareholders have received in the last five years. Happy shareholders overwhelmingly commended the company’s management for their excellent performance.

Present at the meeting was Mrs Bella Disu, CAL, who was re-elected to the board of the company, along with two other directors including Chairman Mutiu Sunmonu, CON, and Mrs Gladys O. Talabi.
